Mentor-Mentee Pairing, a program to equip young entrepreneurs with comprehensive insights into the essentials of entrepreneurship using pro-bono business consultancy services, training, and coaching. AE encourages both mentees and mentors to be assertive in asking for and offering help. Both may search the AAE member profiles and reach out through an introductory email. The AAE team may also initiate a staff-led mentor-mentor connectivity occurring annually from September to December.
