I chose to intern at AAE because I am currently majoring in English and have always been interested in African development issues. I hope to enhance my cross-cultural collaboration skills through this internship and contribute to Africa’s development with practical actions. The sub-task I selected is to analyze the entrepreneur’s related business using the SWOT method. The entrepreneur I chose is Hussein Gibreel Musa. I choose him because he is in the education service industry, which is exactly what I am interested in.
Strengths:
Africa’s population structure is very young, which can provide a continuous supply of students for the education market. As a local enterprise, it will have a better understanding of local cultural needs and market trends, and thus be able to better meet local education demands. Additionally, Hussein GibreelMusa holdsa Ph.D in marketing management and is proficient in Arabic, English, and Indonesian, which is conducive to expanding the international market. Therefore, courses can be designed in combination with African culture and employment needs, and active efforts can be made to seek international cooperation to expand the market abroad.
