Happy Mukama LL.M (Erasmus University Rotterdam) is a corporate lawyer and a seasonal researcher in areas of investment law, economic and financial law and regional integration in East Africa and the Great lakes region. He was a member of the High Level Task Force (Rwandan Delegate) that negotiated the Common Market for East African Community. He has conducted various assignments in a similar capacity with the International Finance Corporation/World Bank Group on the identification of obstacles that hinder the implementation of the Common Market in Rwanda especially on free movement of Capital and free movement of services (EAC Common Market Scorecard).
