An Enthusiastic Trainer by training and profession with good experience in training methodology, process and productivity improvements, and curriculum design dedicated to providing learners with the abilities and potential to master the necessary skills to become responsible, well-educated and more self aware. Having an Unwavering commitment to instill confidence and self-esteem by providing open communication lines and welcoming attitude. I have shown Training and Development Coordinator competence in developing training processes by demonstrating success in training initiatives which promoted development at different educational levels.
