Maureen Nafula is an Executive Coach and Business Coach. Over the last three decades, Maureen has successfully supported individuals, teams, and organizations to design and achieve impactful and sustainable results. She is a business management content and context expert, with practical hands-on experience in creating and managing successful businesses.Maureen worked as an independent consultant in various assignments in health systems strengthening for several organizations including the World Bank, Dalberg Global Development Advisors, Marie Stopes International, Options Consultancy Services, the German Technical Corporation (GIZ), and the State University of New York.Before her consulting career, Maureen worked in various capacities in the private sector including Director of the Advanced Healthcare Management Program at the Strathmore Business School, Regional Manager for Pfizer Consumer Healthcare, and Distribution Manager for Howse & McGeorge Laborex (now Laborex.Maureen holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Nairobi and a Masters in Business Administration (Strategy & Finance) from the United States International University -Africa and a Post Graduate Certificate in Social Entrepreneurship from the Amani Institute. She is a Certified Executive Coach from the Academy of Executive Coaches (AOEC), Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Certified Trainer, and Certified Project Management Professional.
