How to Create a GlobalGiving Fundraiser for AAE

African Association of Entrepreneurs is non-profit partner of the Global Giving community (www.globalgibing),  a fundraising network of non-profits that are transforming aid and philanthropy to accelerate community-led change. AAE has two main fundraiser pages on the Global Giving website as follows:
  1. Help Keep Our Services Free
  2.  Mentoring Program
The Global Giving website allows the creation of the unique individual fundraiser pages linked to one AAE main fundraiser. This allow tracking of donations by an individual fundraiser.  Awareness Volunteers working on attaining multiple donations may find it convenient to create an individual  fundraiser page.   • It is OK to promote main  AAE Fundraiser pages instead of your  individual fundraiser if you do not need to track donations.
  • Donations to AAE are particularly welcome during special occasions like End-of-Years, Mid-Year, and GlobalGiving Donor Bonus Days. 
1. Open the GlobalGiving fundraising page: in your browser.
2. Look for the “GET STARTED” button: click on it.
3. Sign in or create an account: If you do not already have an account on GlobalGiving, you will need to create one. If you already have an account, log in using your login credentials.
4. Select a one AAE project you will like to raise funds for Project #56375 . Help develop women and young entrepreneurs. Project #56457 Help keep our services free.
5. Fill in the fundraising page information: In the GlobalGiving Create fundraising page, you will be asked to fill in the details about your fundraising campaign, such as the fundraising goal, title, description, etc. Make sure to provide a clear and engaging description to attract donors.
6. Set a fundraising goal: Based on your fundraising needs and project goals, set a reasonable fundraising goal. Make sure your goals are challenging but achievable.
