AAE education activities comprise mentorship and networking and are integral components of AAE’s strategy to foster entrepreneurial growth and development among its members. Effective mentorship programs provide members with access to experienced entrepreneurs and industry experts who offer guidance, support, and valuable insights. These relationships are instrumental in helping mentees navigate the complexities of entrepreneurship, from business planning and market analysis to financial management and scaling operations
Through our tailored support program, our organisation provide business support and advice to young entrepreneurs and accompanied them through the process of setting up their business and finding solutions to specific business challenges. Participating entrepreneurs benefited from the mentor’s advice, knowledge and expertise in a specific industry.
This project advocates for the role of entrepreneurship in inclusive development and the creation of innovative business models and products to enhance economic growth, in accordance with SDG Target 8.3: Promote development-oriented policies that support productive activities, decent job creation, entrepreneurship, creativity and innovation, and encourage the formalization and growth of micro-, small- and medium-sized enterprises, including through access to financial services

From November 8th our volunteers will help raise awareness on our member education and development activities. See this link. These activities are pivotal to achieving AAE’s mission. By equipping members with the necessary skills, knowledge, and resources, AAE ensures that entrepreneurs are well-prepared to navigate the complexities of the business world. Effective education and development programs not only enhance individual capabilities but also contribute to the overall growth and success of the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
Volunteers would be asked to spread the word using agreed social media techniques and relevant posts on discussion forums. Volunteers serve at their own pace and commitments can be flexible. Tasks can be undertaken whenever volunteers are available, and not heavily impacting their regular schedules. There is currently no monetary compensation for volunteer time or services. Served or active volunteers will recieve a Reference or Appreciation Certificates from UNV. AAE is forever grateful to volunteers for their contribution without which it would be difficult to continue our work.
